Companies give 30-60% hike for new employees joining them. They offer money like anything to employees they haven't seen working, they don't trust. They actually give rewards to them for quitting. Why don't they award their own employees having proven their expertise, commitment by giving a good hike and ultimately reducing their hiring cost and improving productivity of its employees??
